Enjoy the trails or your garden by practicing mindfulness in the form of ecotherapy.

Ecotherapy practices invite a sense of relaxation, stress reduction, and deeper connection to nature.

We have a new series on Eco-Mindfulness led by True North Wellness’ Jessica Morgan (LMSW). These virtual programs can be done at your favorite outdoor place, or right in your own home. The first in the series is on Doing Mode and Being Mode, and Jessica leads the program from Laurel Lake Preserve.

We hope they provide you with a new way to engage with nature.

If you’re heading out to a nature preserve, be sure to guard against ticks and the sun!
