Thank you for your interest in joining our staff. Currently, the Trust is interviewing for:

  • Ongoing: Quail Hill Farm Apprenticeship Program

The Peconic Land Trust also at times offers internships that cover a variety of fields, including stewardship, communications, philanthropy, and general program support. Internships may be offered on a volunteer, paid or for college credit basis.

Most internship opportunities are based at the Trust’s main office in Southampton, but may also be at our North Fork Stewardship Center in Cutchogue, at our Agricultural Center in Southold, or at Bridge Gardens in Bridgehampton. Interns working with the Trust will receive appropriate training for their position as well as learn broadly about the work of the Trust.

To be considered for a future position, including internships, please send a cover letter describing your area of interest along with a resume to:

Erin Plitt, Human Resources Assistant,

We also from time to time will post job opportunities from partner organizations. Check back to see new opportunities in the future.
