Sparrow grass, the folk name for asparagus, is a perennial grass with an interesting cultivation story. Take a walk with John Condzella Sr. and John Condzella Jr. at their recently conserved farm to learn all you ever wanted to know about growing and enjoying asparagus. From white, to purple, to green, each variety has a flavor profile and cultivation history. You’ll cut a few stalks from the fields, enjoy a tasting of each variety, and take home a Condzella family recipe.

$10/person. Space is limited, reservations required. Heavy rain cancels.
