Request for Proposals to Lease Case House Farmstead

The Peconic Land Trust is issuing a Request for Proposals for the leasing of the Case House Farmstead, which includes both the historic Lt. Moses Case House (2 bedroom house) and the adjacent five acres of farmland. The property is located at 43600 County Road 48 in Southold. The lease is for five years, with an option to renew.

Responses to the RFP are due on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. 

The Case House Farmstead leasing is part of the Trust’s Farmland Leasing Program under its Farms for the Future Initiative.
