Meet Your Farmer | Eliza Wiener

I’m so excited to be back on the East End, where I first started my farming journey apprenticing at Sylvester Manor in 2016. My passion is flowers and I have spent the past four years learning all about flower production at Sunny Meadows Flower Farm in Columbus, Ohio and Treadlight Farm in the Hudson Valley (owned by former Quail Hill apprentices Matt Dell and Irene Berkowits!). As Propagation and Flower Coordinator at Quail Hill Farm, it’s my job to ensure all the crops get a good healthy start in the greenhouse. I’ll also be managing the flowers, making sure we’ve got lots of variety and color throughout the season. I’m looking forward to meeting you and growing for you this year!
