Resources for Easement Holders
If you have a conservation easement on your property and would like to request approval for a proposed activity, please fill out the request form below and submit to Matt Swain at MSwain@PeconicLandTrust.org. Additional permits may be required from local municipalities. We’ve listed their contact information below.
Most activities proposed by easement landowners require notice to the Peconic Land Trust and approval from the Trust before the activity begins. If you are unsure if you need approval, please contact Matt Swain at MSwain@PeconicLandTrust.org for more information.
We thank you for your communication and commitment to uphold the conservation values protected by a conservation easement and look forward to our continued partnership.
