Restoring the Health of Sagg Pond
Join John v.H. Halsey, the Trust’s President, and Dr. Chris Gobler, Stony Brook University’s Endowed Chair of Coastal Ecology and Conservation, for a virtual presentation about the health of Sagg Pond. Learn about the preliminary findings of Dr. Gobler’s research study on this waterway. The study was launched in 2019 to understand the root causes of hazardous blue-green algal blooms. The research will inform the preparation of a Sagg Pond Revitalization/Management Plan by the Southampton Town Trustees.
