Peconic Land Trust is proud to co-sponsor this 3-day conference where you can learn from scientists how to create, manage, and support resilient ecological communities. The symposium features an evening poster session and networking event at the Scully Estate in Islip, a day of presentations at Hofstra University, and concludes with workshops at the Sisters of St. Joseph in Brentwood. Topics include native plants, invasive species management strategies, land restoration, and more. The symposium is hosted by the LI Invasive Species Management Area (LIISMA) and LI Native Plant Initiative (LINPI).
