Pick It and Pickle It: Preserve the Summer’s Bounty
Learn how to preserve the bounty of the season and enhance your summer entertaining with easy, quick, and delicious summer pickles. Bridge Gardens Director Rick Bogusch and Trust staffer and Pastry Chef Leslie Salmeron will lead you through the process of pickling your own jar of summer vegetables using produce on hand in the garden! Please bring a pint size wide mouth jar and a large spoon that will fit inside the jar.
