Painting the Fall Garden

Come paint the beautiful colors and light in the early fall garden with artist Barbara Thomas. Open to all levels of experience, you’ll look at garden and landscape painting principles including perspective, how to create light and shade, how to ‘lay in’ a painting, and how to create paint effects, from cumulus clouds to lily pads in the pond. Barbara will help guide you in color mixing, paint effects, composition and everything needed to make a beautiful painting.
Thursdays, September 14, 21 & October 5, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
$225 for series, $200 for Bridge Gardens members. Space is limited, prepaid reservations required. Rain cancels. Payment is non-refundable, rain date is October 12.
