Nature paddle with Tuktu Paddle Tours
The Peconic Land Trust is pleased to join with Tuktu Paddle Tours for an exploration of aboriginal Shinnecock waterways. Tuktu Paddle Tours' mission is to educate all communities about how to survive in the face of climate change. On this excursion, you will learn about indigenous plants and marine life, native culture, local landmarks, and more. Tour includes a short walk along Shinnecock coastal lands and, if the tides flow right, a fresh taste of local shellfish handpicked from Shinnecock bay. Space is limited, prepaid reservations are required. Rain cancels.
