Get the tools, tips, and support you need for a successful journey in self-healing and well-being at this series. Three interactive workshops/session will feed your mind, strengthen your body, and enliven your soul. Hosted by Sweet Woodland Farm in collaboration with Blooming Curiosity and Soul Creations.

Topics include whole foods, fermentation, herbal medicines, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, yoga, kickboxing as well as various workshops will be offered. Health food and product vendors will offer their locally grown and hand crafted items during and after the event times.

$75/one day or $200/all three sessions. Space is limited, prepaid reservations are required. Rain dates: July 10th, August 14th, and September 18th.

A portion of proceeds will support the non-profit Herbalists Without Borders.
