Go behind the scenes to learn what it takes to make Mecox Dairy Farm’s delicious cheeses – from Atlantic Mist and Mecox Sunrise to Farmhouse Cheddar and Mecox Sigit - how the special care of their dairy cows plays a role, and then enjoy a delicious wine and cheese pairing, conducted by a wine specialist from Wolffer Estate Vineyards of Sagaponack.
