The herb garden offers its bounty in September - please join us to explore with herbalist Heather Cusack. Take a walk to see what is in bloom, what is ready for harvest, and how to care for herbs into the fall. You will make and enjoy herbal tea and an herbal tincture, and learn to prepare herbs for drying for winter storage. Learn about some of the wild edible and medicinal herbs grown at the farm, and how to use them in several delicious recipes. Space is limited, prepaid reservations required.
