Now is the perfect time to go outdoors and enjoy a nature walk! With emerging and arriving spring wildlife, including terrapins, shorebirds, songbirds, and amphibians, the trails and shoreline of the Trust’s beautiful preserve are calling you. Walk will be led by naturalist John Turner of Seatuck, who will share information on local terrapin ecology, efforts to protect their habitat in the Peconic Estuary, and citizen science activities that you can do to help with this effort. Program in partnership with Seatuck and Peconic Estuary Partnership.
$5/person suggested donation. Space is limited, reservations required. Rain cancels.
