Join us outdoors at the farm to build your own bat box. Bats are voracious mosquito and insect eaters, consuming over 1,000 insects every hour! Build your own bat box to help attract them to your landscape. This step-by-step workshop, led by carpenter Brian Kennedy, includes all materials needed to create your own bat box to take home.

Emily Hall, Conservation Policy Advocate at Seatuck Environmental Association will join us to share information about local bats and Seatuck's community science project, Bat Map Long Island.

$30.00/kit. Space is limited, prepaid reservations are required.
