Aquaculture: Yesterday and Today
Please join us for a walking tour of this active aquaculture facility, donated to the Trust in 1996 and subsequently restored to working order. Meet Ben Gonzalez who runs his shellfish operation, Southold Bay Oysters, from this facility. You’ll learn how oysters are cultivated and learn all about how fresh, delicious oysters arrive on your plate. Enjoy a taste of several freshly shucked oysters with a glass of local wine.
$20/person, space is limited, reservations required. Rain cancels.
