The Peconic Land Trust’s 5^th Annual Spring Lecture Series at Bridge Gardens is here! The series feature presentations with local farmers and producers of specialty items and is moderated by Laura Donnelly, a local pastry chef and writer for the East Hampton Star. Come hear the stories of the men and women growing and producing food across Long Island, and learn about the innovative and entrepreneurial approaches they are taking.

Sunday, March 4, with Sean Magnusson of Greenport Oyster Co., Erik Bilka, Production Winemaker at Premium Wine Group, and Chef George Hirsch, PBS TV Host George Hirsch Lifestyle.

Presentations begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. Individual tickets are $30/person, $25/Bridge Gardens Member.
