Profile

Our  thanks to Jim Pike for inviting us over to watch him and his crew plant tomato seedlings into the fields of Uncle Leo’s farmland in mid-April.

Located  in Water Mill, Uncle Leo’s was part of the 33-acre Danilevsky farmland the Trust purchased in 2014. At the closing the Town of Southampton purchased the development rights.

Jim and Jennifer Pike purchased the 13.9 acre Uncle Leo’s parcel from the Trust in 2016 and put it back into active agriculture. To learn more, click here.

So great to see how the fields are growing! Thank you to all our supporters — your contributions make this all possible.
