Journalist and host Cat Neville, of TASTEMAKERS on PBS journeyed out to Cutchogue to catch up with farmer/chef Taylor Knapp of Peconic Escargot. The episode — “Not So Fast” — will soon be making its way to PBS stations WLIW and NJTV — but you can catch it online now at www.pbs.org.

Cat met up with Taylor at the Trust’s North Fork Stewardship Center in Cutchogue, as well as took a tour with Dan Heston to learn more about the Trust’s Farms for the Future Initiative — the program Taylor joined to help launch his snail farm.
