Conservation News

Thousands of pollinator friendly native plants were added to the Georgica Pond Preserve in Wainscott. A mix of seeds and plugs were used in the meadow area to provide habitat for bees, wasps, and butterflies.

The addition of evergreen and deciduous plants along the perimeter provide screening from Montauk Highway. Make sure to check out the new plants on your next visit to the preserve. The walking path is open daily.
