Tackle Food Waste by Creating Your Own Vermiculture System!
You’ll need:
- 14-18 gallon Rubbermaid storage bin
- 1 medium sized bag of peat moss
- 1 5lb bag of small gravel
- about 10 pages of newspaper
- 1 bag of wood shavings
- 250 Red wrigglers (We ordered from Uncle Jim’s Worm Farm)
- spray bottle with clean water
- electric screwdriver or a screwdriver and mallet to create air holes in the bin
