Join us for our legendary Winter Share and experience the best of what our East End foodshed has to offer:
- Fresh greens - arugula, spinach, mesclun lettuce, and more from our greenhouses.
- Pantry staples - garlic, dry beans, smoked hot peppers, tomato sauce, and roasted sweet peppers.
- Hearty roots - sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, beets, daikon radishes, potatoes, rutabaga, and others to gussy up your favorite stews and roasts through the holiday season.
- Winter field crops - brussels sprouts, cauliflower, leeks, kale, collards, sprouting broccoli, and cabbages.
The Winter Share runs biweekly from November 22 to March 1, 2025. Pick-ups are on Fridays and Saturdays from 9am-4pm at the Farm Shop (660 Old Stone Highway, Amagansett). Collect your share farmers market-style, and pick your own greens from our greenhouses to enjoy fresh salads all winter long.
