Autumn in the herb garden brings your focus to harvesting, drying and winter storage to preserve the harvest. Learn from herbalist Heather Cusack to prepare for the planting of garlic, one of our favorite culinary and medicinal herbs, make and drink some delicious herbal tea mixtures, and take home several new recipes for use with your herbs. This class will also include instruction on preparing fire cider, a winter herbal remedy which is also often used as a salad vinegar. Space is limited, prepaid reservations required.
