A documentary directed and photographed by Alec Hirschfeld, Out Here in the Fields: Three Stories of Land Preservation chronicles the preservation stories of three East End properties: Quail Hill Farm, Shellfisher Preserve and the Babinski Farm on Beach Lane. These three short films tell the stories of land conservation by looking at the basic human/land relationship that motivates individual landowners to protect land, and the DVDE includes an introduction by Trust President, John v.H. Halsey.
